Notice of Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

When you attend any event hosted by St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may take place. Portions of events may be shared on the church’s website and other platforms to reach those unable to attend in person.

By entering the premises, you consent to:

• Photography, audio recording, and video recording.

• The use, release, publication, and reproduction of such media for church purposes, including inclusion on websites, livestreams, or other communications by St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, its affiliates, and representatives.

You release St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, its clergy, staff, volunteers, and all persons involved from any liability connected with the capture, recording, digitization, or publication of such media.

By attending, you also waive:

• Any rights to payment, royalties, or compensation in connection with the use of these materials.

• Any rights to inspect or approve the final form of photos, videos, or recordings.

Your presence constitutes informed consent, waiver of liability, and release as described above.
