St. Mary and St. Mark's church board is composed of 6 congregation members and Fr. Rewis Rofaiel, who is the chairman. Of the 6 congregation members, there are typically two formal positions, the Secretary and Treasurer. The board meets once a month on a regular basis (or more often if needed) and is responsible for decisions related to church operations, projects, finances, and administration. The board is elected for a three year term.

The final stage of the church board elections will take place at church after the liturgy on Sunday, November 17.
Those who wish to participate in the elections should make sure to be present at the church on that day. Eligible members of the congregation will be voting to select six individuals to form the new board. The election ballot will include the following 10 names that received the highest number of nominations from the congregation during the nomination period that took place on October 7-20, 2019.
The top six names selected in accordance with the church bylaws and nomination rules approved by the diocese will be forwarded to HG Bishop Mina to obtain his approval and blessing before announcing them to the congregation.
